who would have thought....

Another day means less time for me for everything... i've been trying to juggle everything in one go.. which ends up with not getting anything done.. siiigh...

this is a very fine fine daaay~ for meee... i woke up early this morning mine you.. buut.. haha.. well not too early to get ready for jogging.. not good.... where's the patriotism??? for everything that goes on in my life right now... booo~

last night for some reason i just burst out crying.. loool.. i have no idea why but i just feel like crying my hearts out and fell asleep. weird huuh.. but the good thing is i woke up refresh.. haha.. the first thing that came to mind was Izan's birthday!! i've got to call home... =D

then i did... sooo happy that i got to hear everyone's voices back home.. =)
Happy 14th Birthday Izan!!! thank god my present arrive before today~ wuhuuuu~

anywaaaay.. remember my so-called 'planned' routine i made yesterday?? well hmmm.. i failed to wake up early to jog, still eating high GI food, and carbs.. ^^; and well at least i end up working out in my apartment.. =) boy that was hard.. i wasnt as fit as i was before.. =s

sooo.. here i am done with my work out, to read on articles for my last assignment.. and munching on grapes... loool... was curious about grapes so i googled... here's what i found out... uuuurgh...

GRAPES MAKE YOU FAT...!!! as small as 2lbs of grapes you can gain weight.. why? because when i was reading the article it just hit me that grapes are high in sugar... loool.. that's why they make wine out of grapes right??

buuutt i should add this... for theeeee goodness of fruits.. hehe... ;)

Health Benefits of Grapes:

1. Good blood and body builder, it is also a quick source of energy.

2. Grape juice is easily assimilated and called the "nectar of the gods". It is indicated in cases of constipation, gout, rheumatism, skin and liver disorders.

the path toooo...~

siiiigh... losing weight... i've made a bet with my friends to lose weight well tone up my muscle n get abs at the end of this Nov.. gaaaaak.~!!! what m i gonna dooo... poor dear chocs.... krispy kremeeee.... starbuuucks... haaaaaih~ goodbye for nooow...sniiif... =s

okay im known... well ive always know myself as being unorganised.. with everythin!!! n m slooow... but m not proud of it!! >_< soo~ if i actually write it down i might actually do everything little by little .. right?? ^^;

so here is what i'll do~ insya allah~ hehe.. well ive already started some routinee... =P

1) wake up early to jog from Botanical Garden..... till Southbank... so that's about 30mins-45mins.. therefore i must get ready by 7am..... or esle itll be too hottt!!

2) Cut down my munching... on biscuits... n chocs.. sniiiff...

3) before i sleep do some stretching n 50 counts of toning my arms.. uuuurgh... =s

4) eat less carbs... n more veggies and fruits...

5) tryyyy eating low GI food... like wholemeal bread etc.. yuuuck..

6) COOK MY OWN FOOD..!!! *squirming insidee.. well at most...

Thereee... for now... haha.. don't want to put too much pressure on myself.. hehe.. exam is around the corner...not funy if i collapse half way due to depression of not eating yummy food.. haha... ;P

ohhh.. my friend also taught me to lift my legs... when sitting down... esp during lecs.. we did that for couple of mins... fiiiuh... tiriiiing...!!! but i cn feel it working... =P

ohhhh.... lately ive been obsessing myself with looking for ways to be more 'economical' with my 'spending'... siiigh... ive tone down abit.. i think.. but there's the issue of living in the city and going out and spend every now and then... eventhough its unnecessary... so here's another plan for me to start off with... well something to assist in claiming back my 'lost' money... looolz... =P

1) sell my old textbooks... hopefully someone will buy them... my calculation ifff all of them will sell by next year... #$%&*&*&^... over $300AU..... uuurgh.. come to meee... $$$$...

2) i'll change my violin class to somewhere cheaper... apparently this is what sucking my $$$ dryy... uuurgh... heeey i cnt stop halfwaaay...

--> my 30mins violin class is $30.30... plus another 10% GST... byk jua tuuuu....
to...... hopefully (if the private teacher replies back to me before next year) an hr $40 violin class... n hopefully that this one is without GST.... haaaaih... tax tax taaax.... everywhere.. driving me nutss..

3) hmm... then ill try to look for a job too... im doing my resume now... n tomorrow ill apply for the student working visaa... that's why i have to wake up early... or else ill have to wait hours & hours waiting as it gets really pack by 10am...

4) ohhh... hmmm... spend less on buying outside food.. its not healthy anywaaay~ n plus its cleaner & safer when you prepare it yourself rightt... because you never know what they put or do when they're cooking... yuuuck...

which reminds me my friend saw this guy preparing kebab but he wasn't using gloves.. n he was licking his fingers to fold the kebab!!!... disgusting..!!!! plus the fact that he was sweating n hairyyy.. oh my loooord.... *shivers...

but i think that's it for nooow... wish me luck that i'll get all these done sooner or lateeer...

Blog what's right~

Here I am waking up sooooo early on a weekened where people usually just waste their days away sleeping~ like a 'log'~ haha.. like that phrasee~..

Anyway.. lately I've been obsessing on food that detoxify and help cleanse our body~ loool~ well in actual fact I have to~ so why not just blog about it right? =)

Apparently I found out most typically food that are rich in fibre helps you 'cleanse' your system.. well its obvious isn't it? you s***... so all the harmful, diiiirty stuffs are out of the system... to be honest it gets really interesting when it concerns losing weight.. am i right?? =) i am seriously trying to tone up my muscle... i'm growing flabssss... everywheree~ hahaha.. so here it iss~ although i'm not sure if this source is reliable... but... i believeeeee it to be truee.. so read awaaaay and start eating alot of these food... becauseee~ who doesn't want to look healthy, radiant... has glowing skin... ;)

Mind youu~ people who doesn't love veggies... should tryyy to eat at least somee~ this article is of 2007 so im sure there are moree of cleansing food..~

Take a step back and observe...~

Take a step back and observe. Once in the front line there’s no stopping what will happen and then every single thing will sound ridiculous and slowly lose their meanings. Sound that’s heard is harsher, no time to quietly analyse the meaning behind everything just to please the crowd.

Not all requires to be heard and some best left alone…. Forgotten. Once heard, regret followed and cannot be taken back. Only other much more pleasant sound can help heal the wounds. However once started and repeatedly worded quite harshly, we lose our self judgement, to join the crowd and that’s very regretful.

But somehow a light showed and a clear path seen, to make us think back and slowly find our way back. Thus allowing us to take a step one at a time… to heal, observe and find the actual truth behind everything.

The dreamer is back~
